By using our Website to make a booking, you accept the terms listed here. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our Services.\n\n2. Bookings\nBookings can be made directly through our Website. Once the booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your stay. The booking confirmation process and the management of check-in documents are facilitated through the platform called Vikey (www.vikey.it) (\u201cVikey\u201d), a secure and automated platform for managing bookings. Booking Confirmation: After booking, you will receive an automatic email from Vikey with check-in instructions.\nCheck-in Documents: Before arrival, you will be asked to upload your identification documents via the Vikey system, which will send them securely in compliance with Italian law. This system ensures a fast and, if necessary, contactless check-in.\n\n3. Cancellation Policy\nCancellations are subject to the following policy: \nFree Cancellation: Up to 1 (one) week before check- in.\nLate Cancellation: In case of cancellation beyond the specified term, 70% (seventy percent) of the total booking amount will be retained.\nNo-show: If you fail to check in without prior notice, the entire amount will be charged.\n\n4. Payments\nPayments for the booking are managed through the payment platform called Stripe (www.stripe.com) (\u201cStripe\u201d), a secure and reliable system for online payments.\n\n4.1. Payment Methods\nWe accept the following payment methods via Stripe:\n\uf0b7 Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)\n\uf0b7 Debit cards\n\uf0b7 Other payment methods supported by Stripe\n4.2. Payment Process\n\uf0b7 Payment will be charged at the time of booking or as set during the purchase process.\n\uf0b7 Credit card data is managed and protected by Stripe, compliant with PCI-DSS security standards. We do not store any payment information on our servers.\n4.3.
